Inside Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries and proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Understand and communicate the technical specifications and applications of chemical products
- Identify and qualify leads through research, CRM tools, and industry databases
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs
- Negotiate pricing and terms in alignment with company policies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies
- Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- 3-4 years of experience in B2B inside sales, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing sector
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and explain complex chemical formulations and applications
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Salary : LPA
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
