Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound inquiries and proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Understand and communicate the technical specifications and applications of chemical products
  • Identify and qualify leads through research, CRM tools, and industry databases
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate pricing and terms in alignment with company policies
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies
  • Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • 3-4 years of experience in B2B inside sales, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing sector
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand and explain complex chemical formulations and applications
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Salary : LPA

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
