Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will handle customer calls, collect and update customer details, explain products or services, prepare and send quotations, and coordinate with the sales team regarding leads and site visits. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communicating with customers and supporting the overall sales process.

  • Key Responsibilities:Call and follow up with customers to understand their requirements.
  • Collect and update customer details in the database.
  • Explain product/service information clearly and professionally.
  • Prepare and send quotations and follow up for feedback.
  • Identify potential leads and inform the sales team for further action.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and client meetings.
  • Maintain sales-related documents, reports, and communication records.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Intermediate).
  • Languages: English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, and Email).
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or coordination is an added advantage.
