Sales Support: Assisting the sales team in achieving their targets by providing administrative support. This may include preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, as well as maintaining customer records and sales databases.

Customer Service: Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. This involves maintaining strong relationships with customers and providing them with accurate and helpful information.

Order Processing: Managing the order fulfillment process, including order entry, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery of products or services. Coordinating with various departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.

Inventory Management: Monitoring and maintaining appropriate stock levels to meet customer demand. This includes tracking inventory, forecasting future needs, coordinating with suppliers, and addressing any inventory discrepancies or issues.

Sales Coordination: Coordinating sales activities such as sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows. Assisting in the preparation of sales reports, analyzing sales data, and providing insights to the sales team to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

Communication: Facilitating effective communication between the sales team, customers, and other internal departments. This involves relaying important information, such as pricing updates, product changes, or promotional offers, to the relevant parties in a timely manner.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records, files, and documentation related to sales and customer interactions. Generating and analyzing reports to track sales performance, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics.

Training and Support: Assisting in the onboarding and training of new sales team members. Providing ongoing support and guidance to the sales team, sharing best practices, and ensuring they have the necessary resources to perform their roles effectively.

Continuous Improvement: Identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting improvements to enhance sales and service operations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new initiatives and streamline workflows.

These responsibilities of Sales and Service Coordinator is to support sales efforts, ensure excellent customer service, and facilitate smooth coordination between various teams and departments.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
