We're looking for a proactive and communicative CRM Executive to manage customer interactions, maintain records, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. If you're good with people, comfortable using computers, and eager to learn, this role is a great fit.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and messages
  • Manage and update customer data
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details
  • Strong follow up skills
  • Assist in resolving customer issues and escalating when needed
  • Coordinate with internal departments for customer-related tasks
  • Generate daily/weekly reports
  • Maintain professionalism and ensure quality customer service

Other requirements :

  • Qualification required - Graduated(preferred) / 12th pass
  • Basic to advanced computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, data entry)
  • Good communication skills (Hindi & English )
  • Positive attitude

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
