Role & responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to UK customers.
  • Pitch and promote telecom/broadband products effectively.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans.
  • Handle objections confidently and close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and call guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 6 months 1 year experience in outbound telesales (UK process preferred).
  • Strong communication skills with a clear and confident telephone voice.
  • Persuasive selling ability with good objection-handling techniques.
  • Target-driven with a positive and energetic attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Willingness to work in UK shift timings.
