The candidate must have prior experience in handling large tele sales teams, a strong understanding of call centre operations, and expertise in sales metrics, dialler systems, and CRM tools.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage alarge tele sales team(including Team Leaders, Assistant Managers, and Associates) for Personal Loan & Business Loan verticals. Ensure achievement of sales targets, productivity, and key performance metrics (connect rate, conversion rate, talk time, login hours, AHT, etc.). Monitor team performance usingdialler systems, CRM software, and tele sales dashboards. Drive effective lead allocation, call flow, and conversion through efficient workforce management. Train, mentor, and motivate the team to deliver high-quality customer interactions. Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI/financial guidelines, and quality standards. Regularly review team performance, identify gaps, and implement process improvements. Coordinate with central operations and product teams to align strategies for theentire Karnataka region. Maintain strong focus on customer experience while driving revenue growth.Requirements: Experience:Minimum4–5 yearsof experience in managing tele sales / call centre operations (preferably loans/financial products). Strong knowledge oftele calling metrics, dialler operations, and CRM platforms. Proven ability to manage large teams and achieve business targets. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Mandatory:Proficiency inKannada (regional language). Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
