We are looking for a Procurement Executive with experience in the Interior Fit-Out / Construction industry to manage day-to-day material procurement, vendor coordination, and project support. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery of materials, cost efficiency, and process transparency across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and verify material requests from project sites as per BOQ and project scope.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing and quality materials.
  • Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) after management approval.
  • Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams for on-time material delivery.
  • Maintain daily procurement and delivery status reports.
  • Support project and site teams by ensuring zero material delays.
  • Maintain proper documentation – RFQs, quotations, invoices, and delivery challans.
  • Track pending items and report daily updates to the Procurement Manager.
  • Assist in vendor evaluation and maintain supplier database.
  • Ensure all procurement activities align with company policies and budgets.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Graduate in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Supply Chain Management.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchase (Must be from interior fit-out).
  • Strong knowledge of interior materials and market vendors.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and documentation handling.
