**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive and verify material requests from project sites as per BOQ and project scope.
- Source and negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing and quality materials.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) after management approval.
- Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams for on-time material delivery.
- Maintain daily procurement and delivery status reports.
- Support project and site teams by ensuring zero material delays.
- Maintain proper documentation - RFQs, quotations, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Track pending items and report daily updates to the Procurement Manager.
- Assist in vendor evaluation and maintain supplier database.
- Ensure all procurement activities align with company policies and budgets.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Graduate in **Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Supply Chain Management**.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in **procurement or purchase** (Must be from interior fit-out).
- Strong knowledge of interior materials and market vendors.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and documentation handling.
