Procurement Executive (Fruits, Vegetables & Organic Products)

**Location**: Daryaganj, Delhi
**Timings**: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and source premium-quality fruits, vegetables, and organic products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, vendors, and suppliers.
- Conduct regular field visits to farms, mandis, and suppliers as per business needs.
- Ensure quality control, freshness, and compliance of all procured produce.
- Oversee logistics and ensure timely delivery of produce to designated locations.
- Monitor pricing trends, seasonal availability, and product quality to optimize procurement decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchase orders, and supplier documents.
- Provide market and product insights to support the sales and operations teams.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **10 years of experience** in fruits/vegetables procurement.
- Strong knowledge of organic produce and seasonal fruits/vegetables.
- Willingness to **travel frequently** within and outside Delhi-NCR.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Google Maps, etc.).
- Preferably from a **supply chain, agri-business, or food industry** background.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

- Are you familiar with seasonal produce cycles and organic certification standards?
- Have you handled vendor negotiations and supplier relationship management before?
- Are you proficient in using basic computer tools such as MS Excel and Google Maps?
