**Job Description: Procurement Executive**
**Location**: Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, Delhi, 110034

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Vendor Management**:

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
- **Procurement Operations**:

- Manage the procurement of goods and services as per project and company requirements.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documents.
- **Cost Control and Negotiation**:

- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Monitor market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Ensure optimal inventory levels to meet business needs while avoiding overstocking or stockouts.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely delivery.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure procurement activities adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and generate periodic reports for management review.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with project managers, finance, and operations teams to align procurement with project timelines.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- **Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
