We focus on engineering excellence, quality procurement and timely execution to provide sustainable solar solutions.Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive Senior Executive – Procurement (BOS Contracting) with at least 1 year of experience in Balance of System (BOS) contracting . The role involves vendor management, contract finalization and procurement of BOS components and services essential for solar EPC projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage procurement of BOS items and services , including structures, cables, transformers, switchgear, SCADA, and civil/electrical works.Identify, evaluate and finalize vendors/subcontractors for BOS packages.Prepare and issue RFQs, comparative statements and purchase orders .Negotiate terms on cost, quality and timelines with vendors/contractors.Coordinate with engineering and project teams to align procurement with project requirements.Monitor vendor performance, delivery schedules and contract compliance.Maintain proper documentation and reports for procurement activities.RequirementsBachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field .Minimum 1 year of experience in BOS contracting/procurement (solar industry experience preferred).Understanding of solar EPC procurement processes and project timelines.Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.Familiarity with contract terms, billing, and compliance requirements .Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to ERP systems is an advantage.Good communication and coordination skills.What We OfferOpportunity to grow in a fast-expanding solar EPC company .Exposure to end-to-end BOS procurement and contracting .Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.A collaborative and learning-driven work environment.
