Role Overview
The HR Manager will play a strategic and operational leadership role in driving people initiatives, compliance,
recruitment, and culture-building for our growing team. The ideal candidate should bring both maturity and
execution discipline to manage the full HR lifecycle — from hiring to retention — and act as a trusted advisor to
management and employees alike.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
• Lead end-to-end hiring for multiple verticals (Healthcare, Digital, Technical, Customer Support, Accounts,
etc.).
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower needs and define hiring priorities.
• Oversee the creation of JDs, screening, interviews, and final selection.
• Ensure structured onboarding, documentation, and training for all new hires.
• Maintain a live recruitment tracker and weekly hiring dashboard.
2. HR Operations & Compliance
• Ensure adherence to all statutory and legal compliances (PF, ESI, LWF, Gratuity, Professional Tax, Shops &
Establishments Act, etc.).
• Maintain and audit employee files, contracts, NDAs, and compliance registers.
• Handle government and third-party audits with accuracy and readiness.
• Partner with finance for payroll accuracy, leave encashment, and performance-linked variable pay.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
• Create a positive, transparent, and performance-driven culture across teams.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, reward programs, and communication forums.
• Mediate employee concerns, handle grievances confidentially, and maintain healthy workplace relations.
• Conduct regular HR one-to-one sessions to understand team sentiment and gather feedback.
4. Performance Management
• Define KRAs and KPIs for all roles in collaboration with functional heads.
• Implement quarterly review mechanisms and performance-based salary structures.
• Track attendance, punctuality, and deliverable adherence through HR dashboards.
• Recommend corrective actions, coaching, or training programs where needed.
5. Policy Development & Implementation
• Draft, update, and communicate HR policies including attendance, leave, WFH, remote roles, conduct, and
code of ethics.
• Ensure policies are aligned with company vision and legal guidelines.
• Maintain clarity on disciplinary procedures and employee accountability.
6. Strategic HR & Workforce Planning
• Align HR goals with business strategy for upcoming projects and expansions.
• Support leadership in defining organizational structure, reporting hierarchy, and succession plans.
• Participate in cross-departmental strategy meetings and manpower budgeting.
Qualifications & Experience
• MBA only or a PGDM equivalent or above can apply
• 4–8 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles (experience in startups or multi-project
environments preferred).
• Experience of working in startups is preferred.
• Proven knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR audits, and payroll management.
• Strong experience in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and compliance reporting.

• Hands-on with HRMS tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and compliance documentation.
