This role is ideal for someone who has recently graduated and wants to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and payroll coordination.
  • Support recruitment processes — posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate training sessions, team meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle basic employee relations and support team leads in resolving HR-related queries.
  • Contribute ideas to improve company culture, retention, and performance management systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Basic understanding of HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance basics.
  • Internship experience in HR or talent acquisition is a plus.
