Role Overview: As the Task Coordinator/Executive Assistant to Co-Founder in Noida-63, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Co-Founder by managing daily priorities, tasks, and communication effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and track to-do lists, follow-ups, and deadlines for various business tasks. - Coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments. - Manage email correspondence and monitor project progress. - Support strategic decision-making through research and data collection. - Organize documentation and maintain task management tools. - Assist the Co-Founder in managing their personal and professional calendar efficiently. Qualification Required: - Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. - Strong written and verbal communication abilities. - Proficiency in productivity tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, Notion, and Slack. - Maintaining confidentiality and working with discretion. - Demonstrating a proactive, problem-solving attitude. - Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Additional Details: The position offers full-time employment with benefits like leave encashment and Provident Fund. The work schedule is Monday to Friday in day shifts. Candidates will be asked about their comfort with Noida Sector-63, willingness to travel, and availability to join the team promptly. This role requires in-person work at the designated location.
