Our firm is registered with the Government of India under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. For the past 7 years, we have been serving clients, including contractors and architects, primarily based in the U.S, Canada, Australia, and Middle Eastern countries.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Quantity Surveyor at Johns Systems LLP. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks such as cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure project costs are effectively managed and reported.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the preparation of BOQ and Take-off for Civil and MEP.
  • Skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Bengaluru
  • Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in Quantity Surveying
  • Experience in MEP drafting services is a plus
