Role & responsibilities
Make and grow our local presence in Goa through outreach, partnerships, and branding
Identify and connect with wedding/event planners, venue owners, decorators, and stylists
Build and maintain relationships with local vendors and Goa-based collaborators
Research and track competitor companies, pricing models, and service trends
Stay updated on the Goa event industry, popular venues, and seasonal trends
Assist in creating and managing a database of leads (planners, influencers, clients)
Help coordinate and assist during photography shoots (wedding/fashion/events)
Contribute to our social media marketing, focusing on Goa-centric content
Support the team with client communication and local promotion campaigns
Preferred candidate profile
:
- Based in Goa or available to work locally (on-site)
- At least months of experience in the wedding photography or event industry
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Good knowledge of Goas venues, vendors, and competitors
- Interest in photography, marketing, or event management
- Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, and online marketing tools
- Organized, proactive, and skilled in relationship building
- Fluent in English (Konkani and/or Hindi is a plus)
- Must own a laptop and smartphone
