We're Hiring | Academic Counselor (ROW/Evening Shift)

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru

Shift Timing: 3 PM – 12 AM (Night Shift)

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: ₹3–5 LPA + performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Maintain client information accurately in the CRM system.
  • Drive leads through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
  • Present our curriculum and highlight the strengths of our champion teachers during live video calls with parents.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed weekly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 6 months–3 years of sales experience (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ambitious, target-driven, and thrives in a performance-based environment.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
