Staff Coordinator – Bridge Home Care
Location: Across Kerala
Qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary)

Bridge Home Care is expanding its healthcare service network across Kerala and is looking for dedicated Staff Coordinators to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, responsible, and passionate about managing healthcare staff and ensuring smooth service operations.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate daily staff schedules and duty assignments
Manage staff availability, attendance, and shift planning
Communicate with clients, caregivers, and management for smooth service delivery
Resolve staffing issues and ensure proper deployment of home care professionals
Maintain records and prepare basic reports related to staff activities
Support the hiring and onboarding of new caregivers
Ensure high-quality service delivery across all locations
Candidate Requirements
Minimum qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary)
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision
Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage
Willingness to travel within Kerala if required
