Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Operations Executive based in Indore. The Senior Operations Executive will oversee day-to-day operations, manage operational processes, and ensure efficiency across all departments. Responsibilities include strategic planning, implementation of operational policies, effective communication with various teams, and maintaining operational standards. The individual will also be involved in analyzing data and developing solutions to improve operational performance.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Proven experience in operations within the financial or lending industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Indore
