Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage client operations and escalation handling in our Business Development & Sales Support team. The role involves working closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and timely resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, last-mile, finance, etc.) to close open issues.
  • Support the BD team with client onboarding, documentation, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor SLAs, prepare reports, and share insights with management.
  • Maintain strong client relationships with high responsiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, operations support, or escalation handling (preferably in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce).
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of last-mile delivery operations / logistics processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Graduate in Business, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred).
