Company Overview: MDP-Rx is a comprehensive 8-month hybrid management program designed by Rajagiri Business School & Beyond My Coaching specifically for medical professionals who aspire to enhance their management skills and business acumen.
The program combines the academic rigor of Rajagiri Business School with real-world healthcare applications, delivered through a flexible format that accommodates busy medical practitioners. Our vision is to empower India's medical professionals with world-class business and leadership skills.
Job Overview: The Key Account Manager is responsible for sensitizing the medical practitioners who have inclination to move from a function role of a Medical Practitioner to that of a Leadership or Administration role in their current organization or have desire to move into their own entrepreneurial start up
Responsibilities and Duties:
Connecting with the leads arriving through social media or their own contacts and promoting the MDP Rx program
Converting the leads into participants for the program
Meet the targets for induction into the course
Coordinate in a manner that the joining for the course for the prospects is seamless in terms of briefing them on the pricing, loans, EMIs etc
Qualification and Experience:
Graduate preferably having 8-10 years' experience as a Key Account Manager with an Educational Institution or University is desirable. He/she must be a go-getter with and ability to achieve set budgets.

Good Presentation and Communication skills
Working knowledge in Microsoft office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Spoken and Written proficiency in English and Malayalam
Planning and Organizing skills
Selling and Negotiation skills
Interpersonal skills and coordination abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
