Job Title: HR MANAGER
Location: Hyderabad, India- Onsite
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized HR Manager to oversee daily office operations and manage core HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office functioning, employee engagement, and HR compliance, while supporting leadership in organizational growth and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit processes
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
Handle payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
Support performance management, employee engagement, and grievance handling
Organize training sessions and maintain upskilling initiatives
Draft HR letters (offer, appraisal, relieving, etc.
Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure workplace efficiency
Manage vendors, office supplies, and facility upkeep
Coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities
Handle travel bookings, reimbursements, and other employee support services
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external audits
Act as a liaison between management and staff
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred)
A minimum 5 years of experience in HR and office management
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, and attendance/payroll systems
Strong interpersonal skills and a hands-on approach
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality
