Location: New Delhi, Dwarka Sector 12
Experience: 1–3 years
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to drive qualified leads and support business growth through LinkedIn outreach, organic lead generation, and customized prospect engagement. The role also involves maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and occasionally supporting with cold calling when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate organic leads via LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Frame customized outreach messages and connect with prospects through InMails, connection requests, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
- Schedule calls, meetings, or demos with decision-makers.
- Keep CRM/database updated with accurate lead information.
- (Optional) Conduct cold calls to prospects when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation / LinkedIn outreach.
- Strong written communication skills for crafting engaging outreach messages.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email campaigns.
- Proactive, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
