Tele Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the telecom industry.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales approaches and improve results.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the telecom industry.
- Strong understanding of the telecom sector and its trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM software and other sales tools is an asset.
