**Job Summary**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Tele Sales Executives to join our dynamic sales team at Star Insurance. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining insurance products, and converting leads into policy sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact prospective customers via phone to promote various Star Insurance products.
- Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate insurance policies.
- Explain product features, coverage, benefits, and terms clearly and professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in the CRM.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in tele sales or insurance sales (preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales efficiently.
- Target-driven with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with insurance products and regulations is a plus.
