  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and minimal conflicts.
  • Manage interview schedules and inform all parties (candidates, hiring managers, interviewers) of relevant details (times, locations, virtual links).
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing interview details and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Assist with job posting coordination, application reviews, and connecting candidates with interviewers

Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in scheduling, administrative support, or HR functions preferred.

  • Familiarity with ATS and HR software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
