Marketing & Sales Executive-3 Year Experience

INWINQ INDUSTRIES is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales of our eco-friendly Precast Products to dealers, architects, and construction companies. This role also involves crafting and executing marketing strategies to promote our products in various regions.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*Sales Strategy & Business Development:*
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and architects.
Conduct market research to identify target markets and customer needs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and drive revenue growth.
*Client Relationship Management:*
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Provide clients with product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the benefits of our Products.
Follow up on sales leads, negotiate deals, and close sales.
*Marketing & Promotions:*
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote Products.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including digital marketing (social media, email campaigns), events, and exhibitions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, brochures, and online content.
*Market Analysis & Feedback:*
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
Provide customer feedback to improve products and services.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.
*Coordination & Communication:*
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Maintain communication with clients during post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹180, ₹300,000.00 per year
