Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesforce CRM position located in Kochi. The Salesforce CRM professional will be responsible for managing the company's CRM platform, developing and implementing CRM strategies, analyzing customer data to improve business relationships, and supporting sales activities. The role also includes handling customer interactions, ensuring CRM processes are aligned with business objectives, and coordinating with other departments to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Analytical skills to evaluate customer data and improve business outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Skills to support and enhance sales activities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience in the technology or IT industry is a plus
