Salesforce Technical Architect
with expertise in
OmniStudio
,
Health Cloud
, and
Group Quoting
. This role involves architecting secure, scalable Salesforce solutions for healthcare clients, driving innovation, and mentoring development teams.

The Technical Architect provides technology direction, ensures project implementation compliance, and utilizes technology research to innovate, integrate, and manage technology solutions. As a Technology Architect, you will significantly contribute to identifying best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects; you will collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high quality solutions, participate in Sales and various pursuits focused on our clients' business needs. This role is considered part of the Business Unit Leadership team and may mentor Junior Architects and /or development team members.

Responsibilities

• Architect Salesforce solutions with a focus on OmniStudio, Health Cloud, and Group Quoting.
• Lead technical design sessions, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define architecture strategy and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Guide development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, configuration, and integration.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and solution optimization.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and industry trends.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in Salesforce architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors).
• Proficiency in Health Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and Group Quoting.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security, scalability, and integration patterns.
• Experience in healthcare domain is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect are a plus.
