Senior Salesforce Developer

Perficient is a global digital consultancy delivering AI-first and cloud-driven solutions. As a Senior Salesforce OmniStudio Developer, you will design and implement Salesforce Industry Cloud applications using OmniStudio tools, Health Cloud, and integration frameworks. This role focuses on hands-on development, solution optimization, and working closely with technical leads to ensure high-quality delivery.

• Development & Customization
  • Build Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio components (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors).
  • Customize applications with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
• Integration
  • Develop and maintain integrations with external systems via APIs and middleware.
  • Ensure data consistency and performance across Salesforce and connected platforms.
• Collaboration
  • Work with architects and leads to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Quality & Best Practices
  • Follow Salesforce development best practices and coding standards.
  • Optimize solutions for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Continuous Learning
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, OmniStudio enhancements, and industry trends.

• Experience: 4–7 years in Salesforce development, with 2+ years in OmniStudio (Vlocity).
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors).
  • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration.
  • Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Industry Cloud preferred.
  • Understanding of APIs, ETL, and integration frameworks.
• Certifications:
  • Salesforce OmniStudio Developer certification preferred.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I required; Developer II is a plus.
