Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) and Amdocs integrations, ideally within the telecom domain. The candidate will design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance, and industry-aligned implementations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building enterprise-grade Salesforce applications and driving digital transformation in the telecommunications space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
  • Lead technical design sessions and translate business requirements into well-architected solutions within the Salesforce and Vlocity framework.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with telecom business processes.
  • Collaborate with architects, administrators, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver robust and flexible solutions.
  • Develop and support Salesforce–Amdocs and other telecom system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and integration flows.
  • Ensure code quality and performance through reviews, unit testing, and automation.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team learning and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows.
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and development lifecycle.
  • Proven experience with Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) data model, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with Amdocs and other external telecom systems.
  • Strong background in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and data management.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (required), Platform Developer II or Vlocity Developer Certification (preferred).

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with CI/CD tools and version control (Git, Bitbucket).
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
  • Prior experience working on telecom CRM implementations or industry-specific process automation.
