Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, promoting best practices and providing technical guidance across projects.
  • Drive the design, development, and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Energy and Utilities Cloud or similar industry implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce architectures.
  • Manage backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria in an Agile delivery environment.
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions, technical workshops, and customer presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, particularly within energy and utilities contexts (billing, metering, demand response, etc.).
  • Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement in solution design, development, and team culture.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation, including team leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), OmniStudio, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience with OmniStudio is mandatory
  • Experience with EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog) (mandatory)
  • Experience leading and mentoring development teams, providing technical guidance, and driving best practices in Salesforce development.
  • Demonstrated experience working with or within the energy and utilities industry.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific processes such as customer data management, regulatory compliance, and billing systems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver results on time.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and guide teams.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and stay updated with evolving Salesforce technologies and trends.
