What You'll Do

  • Source candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms, targeting both active and passive talent.
  • Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess skills, experience, and alignment with role requirements and career objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to act as a reliable recruitment partner over time.
  • Apply targeted sourcing strategies to identify high-potential and niche talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to clarify role requirements, refine candidate profiles, and deliver suitable shortlists.
  • Maintain organized candidate pipelines, monitor recruitment metrics, and produce regular status updates.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-6 years of practical experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT & Non-IT preferred).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and social media sourcing tools.
  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated mindset with the ability to manage priorities and perform in fast-paced environments.
