Job Description: Inventory Executive

The Inventory Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining inventory levels, processing and fulfilling e-commerce orders, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery to customers. This role involves hands-on order processing, including picking, packing, and dispatching orders, as well as coordinating with various departments to maintain smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfilment

Process and fulfil e-commerce orders accurately and promptly.

Pick, pack, and prepare products for dispatch as per company standards.

Ensure timely shipment and delivery to customers.

Inventory Management

Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet demand and minimize excess stock.

Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure accuracy.

Coordination and Communication

Coordinate with the procurement team to reorder stock as needed.

Work closely with customer service to resolve order-related issues.

Data Management

Update and maintain inventory records in the inventory management system.

Generate reports on inventory status, order fulfilment, and stock levels.

Quality Control

Inspect products for quality before packing and dispatch.

Handle returns and exchanges in line with company policies.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.

Prior experience in inventory management, warehousing, or e-commerce fulfilment.

Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
