We're looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth for our Permanent Staffing

vertical. This is your chance to leverage your relationships with CHROs, HR leaders, and procurement

teams to win large corporate and consulting firm clientswhile building processes and potentially a

team as we scale.

What You'll Do

Win New Business

Generate leads and acquire large corporate clients and consulting firms through your network and strategic outreach

Own the complete sales cyclefrom prospecting to contract closure

Build relationships with CHROs, Talent Acquisition heads, and Procurement teams

Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

Build Relationships

Position our permanent staffing and retained search services as strategic solutions

Create compelling proposals and deliver persuasive presentations

Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with confidence

Drive Growth

Maintain a healthy pipeline across IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, Pharma, and Consulting sectors

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across our service portfolio

Represent us at industry events and HR forums

Contribute to building scalable BD processes as we grow

Shape the Future

Have the opportunity to build a team and lead growth initiatives as the vertical expands

Provide strategic market insights to leadership

Help shape our approach to permanent staffing

What We're Looking For

Must-Have:

5+ years in business development within the staffing/recruitment industry

Proven track record of acquiring large corporate accounts and consulting firms

Extensive network with CHROs, HR leaders, and procurement teams

Strong relationships within India's corporate ecosystem

Consistently met or exceeded sales targets in previous roles

Your Strengths:

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field (Required)

MBA preferred (but not mandatory with strong experience)
