Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Sales Trainer located in Pune. The Corporate Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering sales training programs, enhancing sales processes, and equipping the sales team with techniques to enhance customer service. The role involves conducting workshops, creating training materials, mentoring team members, and monitoring the effectiveness of training sessions to improve overall sales performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Trainings and Corporate Training
- Knowledge of Sales Processes and strategies
- Proficiency in Customer Service and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze performance data and tailor training programs accordingly
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in a sales or training role is a plus
