
HR Admin Executive

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative support to the HR Manager in maintaining employee records, databases, and documentation
Coordinate and manage logistical arrangements for company events, meetings, and function
Handle office administration tasks, including vendor coordination, stationery, travel, and facility management
Ensure smooth execution of employee engagement activities and internal programs
Maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance, and other HR-related information
Travel occasionally for event arrangements, vendor follow-ups, or official documentation need
Preferred Candidate : Male candidate (as per the role requirement) with the ability to manage both HR support and administrative responsibilities effectively
PRE-REQUISITES
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1.5–2 years of experience in HR and Administrative roles
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel when required
