Position: Admin & Accounts Executive

Location: Pune

Education: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)

Experience: Minimum 4 years

Compensation: Up to 6 LPA

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day administrative functions and handle financial accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to independently manage administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records (Voucher entries, Tally/ERP entries, reconciliations).
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, vendor invoices, and employee reimbursements.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
  • Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
  • Support internal/external audits and liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and banks.

Administration

  • Manage office administration, vendor coordination, and facilities management.
  • Oversee procurement of office supplies, inventory management, and service contracts.
  • Handle employee documentation, attendance records, and payroll coordination.
  • Support HR in onboarding, record-keeping, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with company policies.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Key Qualifications

  • B.Com graduate with minimum 4 years of experience in Accounts & Administration.
  • Experience in handling statutory filings and compliance.
  • Prior exposure to office administration responsibilities.
