1 Position in the organization
Works under the responsibility of and reports to the HR Managing. Manages the operation on site in general with focus on the HR & Admin process.
2 Purpose of the function
Coordinating with Manager and plan for day-to-day work. Full-fill the task assign by manager on time with accuracy. HR executive is responsible for keeping employee accurate record. You demonstrate interest in managing HR & Admin activities and be able to handle on time-sensitive tasks.
3 Function description
3.1 Activities
- Managing the above-mentioned terms.
- Check contract manpower availability and arrange according to need.
- Maintain contract manpower attendance system.
- Maintain unauthorized absenteeism record.
- Help to full fill all administration work & activity.
- Help to screening candidates.
- Support to prepared and maintain cultural activity.
- Support to prepared and implement CSR activity.
- Support in organizing and arranging training as per calendar & requirement.
- Help to build and implement employee engagement.
- Compliance documentation and record keeping.
- Help to create content and news for soft marketing on LinkedIn.
4 Authority
- Transportation arrangement.
- Disciplinary action on contract manpower.
5 Function requirements
- Graduate / BBA / MSW - and thinking level through education or experience.
- Good experience in amine work and record keeping.
- Excellent knowledge of the English & local language in word and writing.
- Demonstrated experience with MS Office (Excel and Word).
- Minimum of 2-4 years experience in a similar executive position. Role & responsibilities
