1 Position in the organization

Works under the responsibility of and reports to the HR Managing. Manages the operation on site in general with focus on the HR & Admin process.

2 Purpose of the function

Coordinating with Manager and plan for day-to-day work. Full-fill the task assign by manager on time with accuracy. HR executive is responsible for keeping employee accurate record. You demonstrate interest in managing HR & Admin activities and be able to handle on time-sensitive tasks.

3 Function description

3.1 Activities

  • Managing the above-mentioned terms.
  • Check contract manpower availability and arrange according to need.
  • Maintain contract manpower attendance system.
  • Maintain unauthorized absenteeism record.
  • Help to full fill all administration work & activity.
  • Help to screening candidates.
  • Support to prepared and maintain cultural activity.
  • Support to prepared and implement CSR activity.
  • Support in organizing and arranging training as per calendar & requirement.
  • Help to build and implement employee engagement.
  • Compliance documentation and record keeping.
  • Help to create content and news for soft marketing on LinkedIn.

4 Authority

  • Transportation arrangement.
  • Disciplinary action on contract manpower.

5 Function requirements

  • Graduate / BBA / MSW - and thinking level through education or experience.
  • Good experience in amine work and record keeping.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English & local language in word and writing.
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office (Excel and Word).
  • Minimum of 2-4 years experience in a similar executive position. Role & responsibilities
