Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Executive – Placement & Corporate Relations

located in Delhi. The role involves managing the end-to-end placement process, building strong relationships with corporate partners, and preparing students for successful career opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to guide students and match them to suitable job roles
  • Experience working with youth or persons with disabilities is preferred

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage the complete placement cycle for students, from sourcing opportunities to final onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, corporates, and recruiters.
  • Organize and coordinate
    job fairs, campus drives, and corporate engagement events.
  • Provide career guidance, interview preparation, and resume-building support to students.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for placed candidates.
  • Maintain placement records, prepare reports, and track student outcomes.
  • Act as a bridge between students and employers to ensure high satisfaction levels on both sides.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of placement activities.

Education:

Any Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years of experience in HR, Placement, or corporate relations.
