Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Placement Officer. The Placement Officer will coordinate campus placement activities, provide career counseling, and assist in training and educational initiatives to enhance employment opportunities for students. Daily tasks include engaging with institutes, building industry partnerships, guiding candidates on job opportunities, and ensuring effective placement processes.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Campus Placement and building relationships with industries and institutes
  • Strong Communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively
  • Experience in Career Counseling to guide and support candidates in their professional journey
  • Proficiency in Training and Education to prepare candidates for the workforce
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage on-site responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; prior experience in skill development or education is an advantage
