  • Project Control: Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Project Scheduling: Create and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Project Monitoring: Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, qualityassurance, and regulatory affairs, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Project Engineering: Apply engineering principles to optimize project outcomes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • MS Projects: Utilize MS Projects for project planning, scheduling, and tracking, ensuring accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
