Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, overseeing marketing campaigns, tracking and analyzing market trends, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels for the Ophthalmology Pharma Portfolio. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and monitoring brand performance to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in brand strategy development and implementation
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and market research techniques
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze market data and translate findings into actionable strategies
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and content creation
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharma & MBA or related advanced degree is a plus
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
