Job Description:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Be the primary PoC for assigned clients, building and nurturing strong relationships
  • Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and market landscape to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct regular meetings and check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

Client Advisory and Engagement:

  • Comprehend clients' needs and priorities within the delivery team, ensuring their feedback and inputs are heard and expectations are met.
  • Educate clients on industry trends, best practices, and new opportunities to enhance their digital presence and achieve their goals
  • Offer strategic guidance and innovative solutions to drive business growth by creating Upsell and Cross Sell opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among internal teams (Paid Media, Organic Growth, Analytics, Social Media, ORM, CRO, Marketing Automation, Influencer Marketing etc.) to deliver unified experience.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings to align strategies, share insights, and coordinate efforts for maximum impact.
  • Bridge gaps between teams to ensure a unified approach to client projects and campaigns.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Work closely with clients to define marketing objectives and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with clients' business objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze performance indicators, and provide insights to optimize strategies and achieve desired outcomes.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics aligned with clients' goals and objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports to showcase results and ROI.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement
