Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote the brand and its products at retail stores, events, malls, and promotional locations.
  • Engage with customers to explain product features, benefits, and offers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sampling activities.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned.
  • Maintain product displays, ensure visibility, and follow brand guidelines.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with the marketing/sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff and customers.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the promotional area.
  • Report daily sales, footfall, and activity updates to supervisors.
  • Support marketing campaigns, events, and new product launches, as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, promotion, or customer-handling roles.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
  • Ability to persuade customers and handle queries effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of retail and promotional activities.
  • Willingness to work on weekends, festivals, and rotational shifts.
