Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dubai for the role of Sales Promoter. The Sales Promoter will be responsible for engaging with customers to promote and sell products or services. Daily tasks include managing customer interactions, demonstrating products, providing detailed information about products, and effectively communicating with potential clients to drive sales. Additionally, the role involves maintaining an in-depth understanding of product features and handling inquiries or issues with a focus on excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to build rapport and address customer needs effectively.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Promotion techniques to achieve sales targets and promote brand awareness.
  • Prior experience in sales or promotional roles, and familiarity with the FMCG or retail sector, is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a diploma or degree in a related field is a plus.
