Our solutions help in monitoring fuel consumption, route management, driver performance, and vehicle maintenance.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at our Noida office. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and develop strategic plans to achieve growth. Responsibilities include market research, meeting sales targets, negotiating contracts, and presenting business proposals. The role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in market research, strategic planning, and sales forecasting
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Noida
- Experience in the telematics or fleet management industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
