Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a US IT Recruiter at On Time Tech, located in Patna. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various IT positions. The role involves technical recruiting, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The recruiter will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline and enhancing the recruitment process to meet business needs.
