**K&K social resources and development offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join our team (Freelancer Position)**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide a search and recruitment service to the business, proactively identifying talent for current and future needs

**Experience and skills we value**
- Higher education (Bachelor or master’s degree) with the focus on Human Resources or similar
- At least +2 years progressive recruitment experience
- You are well-versed in the use of LinkedIn's recruiting solutions and have mastered sourcing methods such as CV database search
- Experience running international projects outside of day-to-day recruiting
- Independent and solution-oriented way of working, excited about new challenges and changing environments
- Communicative, open and with an international mindset
- As you are exclusively recruiting internationally, you are business fluent in English and Spanish (further foreign languages like German and Portuguese advantageous)

**Responsabilidades**:

- Busca e recrutamento para o negócio, identificando proativamente talentos para necessidades atuais e futuras

**Experiência e habilidades que valorizamos**:

- Ensino superior (bacharelado) com foco em Recursos Humanos ou similar
- Pelo menos +2 anos de experiência em recrutamento progressivo
- Voce busca soluções de recrutamento no LinkedIn e domina métodos de sourcing, como pesquisa de banco de dados de CV
- Experiência na execução de projetos internacionais fora do recrutamento diário
- Maneira de trabalhar independente e orientada para soluções, entusiasmada com novos desafios e ambientes em mudança
- Comunicativo, aberto e com mentalidade internacional
- Como você está recrutando exclusivamente internacionalmente, você é fluente em espanhol (outras línguas estrangeiras como alemão, ingles e português são vantajosas)
