**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **end-to-end recruitment** including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Specialize in USA and India **market hiring**, understanding MOM guidelines and local hiring norms.
- Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to define hiring needs.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of tech talent across US **regions**.
- Handle **contract staffing** and permanent placement assignments.
- Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely data in recruitment systems and reports.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide consultative support.

**Experience Required**: 1-5 years
